HR Representative - Bilingual
About the role
Lippert is seeking a skilled HR Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of direct experience in HR, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining of facility spreadsheets
- Prepares and maintains employee files
- Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files; performs paper and system audits as necessary
- Enters data into HRIS system ensuring the accuracy of information
- Processes new-hire, status change and termination paperwork
- Processes and administers leave of absence requests and disability paperwork
- Participates in recruitment and interview processes
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred education and experience: Communication proficiency/coaching, organizational skills, thoroughness, time management, process improvement, decision making, strategic planning, leadership, Microsoft Office applications, public speaking
Supervisory Responsibility
This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring.
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to talk and hear
- Very active, requiring 98% standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing ladders
- May have to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Position Type & Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time 1st shift position. Schedule is Monday through Friday. Local travel is expected for this position.
