Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining facility spreadsheets
  • Prepares and maintains employee files
  • Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files; performs paper and system audits as necessary
  • Enters data into HRIS system ensuring the accuracy of information
  • Processes new-hire, status change and termination paperwork
  • Processes and administers leave of absence requests and disability paperwork
  • Participates in recruitment and interview processes
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of direct experience in HR field
  • Ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of organizational staff, including executives
  • Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
  • High level computer expertise, including use of database, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications
  • Flexible, innovative in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule

This is a full-time 1st shift position. Schedule is Monday through Friday.

  • Regularly required to talk and hear
  • Very active position requiring 98% standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing ladders
  • May have to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Travel

Local travel is expected for this position.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
