Bilingual HR Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and professional positions
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates
  • Coordinate hiring activities and onboarding processes
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment records
  • Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Aid in onboarding and new hire orientation
  • Support HR programs, documentation, and compliance activities
  • Maintain employee records and HR data
  • Provide bilingual communication support for employees and management

Additional HR Functions

Depending on the candidate's background and experience, responsibilities may include:

  • Benefits administration
  • Safety and compliance initiatives
  • Performance management support
  • HR reporting and special projects
  • General HR administration

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Ability to communicate and interpret workplace discussions accurately and professionally
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, recruiting, employee management, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business applications

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition
  • HR, management, retail leadership, or employee relations experience
  • Exposure to benefits, safety, performance management, or general HR functions
