Responsibilities
- Deliver high-touch customer service via phone, email, and case management systems
- Support HR, payroll, and benefits transactions, including WorkDay HRIS administration
- Process confidential employee information (new hires, terminations, promotions, etc.)
- Administer employee benefit plans and support accurate data in HR systems
- Identify, document, and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with team members to drive improvements in HR processes
- Participate in ongoing training and provide feedback on customer issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 3 years of experience
- Experience with PeopleSoft, Workday or other HRIS
- Demonstrated broad HR/Payroll/Benefits knowledge
- Customer service and call center experience preferred
- Previous experience in a centralized HR Shared Service environment is a plus
- Professional verbal and written communication skills and ability to relate to others in an empathetic and helpful manner
- Ability and willingness to work in a team environment
- Basic analytical and system navigation skills
- Strong organization skills
- Self-motivated and independent problem solving ability
- Detail oriented approach to gathering and maintaining information and data, with the ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
