HR Recruitment Manager

Kansas Department of Health and Environment · Shawnee County, KS · 1 mo ago
Human Resources$31–$33.62/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "About The Position". Use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve substantive info. Remove boilerplate: navigation, legal, EEO, scam warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Important Recruitment Information for this vacancy Job Posting closes: September 30, 2026 Required documents uploaded by: September 30, 2026" maybe considered metadata; we can fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. The posting includes "Job Posting closes: September 30, 2026 Required documents uploaded by: September 30, 2026". That's metadata; we can put in a short

maybe. But we can drop it if not substantive. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short

with that info. We need sections only when posting has real specific content. We have: - About the role: we have "About The Position" with description of agency, etc. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: we have "Position Summary & Responsibilities" with many bullet-like sentences. We'll extract responsibilities as list. - Requirements: we have "Qualifications" section includes Education, Licensing & Certification, Minimum Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications. Also "Post-Offer, Pre-employment Requirements" includes Tax Clearance etc. That's requirements. - Skills: maybe we can extract from qualifications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Proofreading, editing, attention to detail, Customer Service Skills, Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, Ability to create and maintain effective working relationships. Also maybe "Knowledge of the state of Kansas employment process", "Experience using SHaRP", "Experience advising job applicants and employees of application/employment process". Those are skills/qualifications. We'll put them under Skills. - Benefits: we have "Employment Benefits" list: Comprehensive medical, mental, dental, vision, and additional coverage; Sick & Vacation leave; Work-Life Balance programs: parental leave, military leave, jury leave, funeral leave; Paid State Holidays; Fitness Centers in select locations; Employee discounts with the STAR Program; Retirement and deferred compensation programs. Also "Eligible to Receive Benefits: Yes". We'll list. - Pay: we have "Compensation: Hourly Pay Range: $31.00 - $33.62 Salary can vary depending upon education, experience, or qualifications." That's specific pay range. So include Pay section. - Schedule: we have "Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm". Also Full-Time. So include Schedule. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay range is specific, okay. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll structure:

Job Posting closes: September 30, 2026. Required documents uploaded by: September 30, 2026.

About the role

... agency description ...

Responsibilities

  • ... each responsibility ...

Requirements

  • ... education, licensing, minimum qualifications, preferred qualifications, tax clearance ...
But maybe separate Education etc. However instruction: Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can put each bullet as
  • . For prose we use

. For Requirements we could have a

summarizing then list? But we can just list each requirement as

  • . That's fine. Similarly Skills: list. Benefits: list. Pay: maybe

    with range. Schedule:

with schedule. We must preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting. Let's extract content.
