About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter/Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and HR, with a focus on fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and recruiting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in HR/recruiting
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
