Responsibilities
- Proactively contact prospective candidates to discuss opportunities and maintain consistent engagement throughout the hiring cycle.
- Coverage of interview schedules between applicants and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and organized process without leading the interviews directly.
- Presentation of employment offers to selected candidates and guiding them through the next steps with professionalism and clarity.
- Updating recruitment records by entering and maintaining accurate information within the HR system.
- Supporting day-to-day recruiting activity tied to increased business needs and sustained hiring volume.
- Promoting the organization effectively to candidates by communicating role value, workplace strengths, and career potential.
- Tracking candidate progress, following up on outstanding items, and helping move hiring decisions forward in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related HR support role.
- Working knowledge of hiring processes, candidate documentation, and recruitment coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple openings and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including confidence in speaking with candidates by phone.
- Experience preparing records and maintaining accurate data in HR or applicant tracking systems.
- Demonstrated resilience, persistence, and professionalism when working through hiring challenges.
- Ability to represent the company convincingly and build candidate interest in available opportunities.
