HR Recruiter

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking a Recruiter to join their team in the Wilmington Service Center office. This position requires proven recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, interview, and hire candidates in a high-volume and demanding environment.
• Accurately report on the status of filling positions, identify hiring barriers, implement plans to resolve them, escalate issues not resolved in a timely manner, and be responsible for meeting staffing goals.
• Review applications/resumes to match prospective employees' work history, education, job skills, and salary requirements with available job openings.
• Set up interviews and complete the full onboarding process.

Pay & Schedule

The starting salary range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 yearly. This is a full-time position with a Monday - Friday schedule from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. A professional certification in recruiting is preferred but not required.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
