HR Project Manager- M&A focus
Major Responsibilities
Leads end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of HR projects
Supports team to define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Develops and maintains detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Monitors project health and help adjust plans to address changing priorities
Supports organizational change management for HR initiatives to ensure awareness, adoption, and engagement
Partners closely with HR leaders, Centers of Excellence (COEs), cross-functional teams and external partners
Minimum Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Preferred Job Requirements
Education: Master’s degree in Business, HR, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
Certification / License: PHR / SPHR, PMP Certificate, Agile/Scrum Experience (not specified)
Experience: Experience implementing new HR processes and programs as either a process owner or project manager, experience working as a project manager in a multi-national HR organization, hands-on experience with cloud HCM (e.g. Workday, SAP, Oracle HCM, etc.), HR Systems implementation experience, esp. end-to-end HCM cloud products (not specified)
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Advanced problem-solving ability
Ability to work with a high level of confidentiality and proven ability to handle sensitive information
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills necessary to interact with staff at all levels of the organization and candidates
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to effectively lead, manage, and motivate teams, exhibit excellent coaching skills
Experience in M&A integration, from either the HR or business development functions
Familiarity with Prosci or equivalent change management methodologies
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-enabled HR tools – such as talent analytics or automation platforms – to enhance workforce planning and operational efficiency.
