HR Project Manager

Position Summary

Manages projects from planning through delivery, including ensuring consistent project management methodologies and best practices across projects.

Liaises with project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to communicate and document project deliverables, requirements, schedules, costs, and meeting plans.

Major Tasks And Responsibilities

• Uses appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
• Communicates project schedules, changes, and budgets to stakeholders.
• Plans and facilitates project meetings to align stakeholders to methods and goals and track project tasks.
• Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries.
• Maintains task completion statuses, identifies at-risk project tasks, and develops mitigation plans to keep project deliverables on track.
• A Allocates resources, budgets, and hours to projects and adjusts allocations as needed.
• Leads functional change management initiatives and partners on the development of training strategies and materials.
• Identifies opportunities for growth and process optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 3+ years of experiencing leading organizational projects.
• Project Management Professional certification.
• Change management experience.
