Major Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams through the planning, execution, and monitoring of critical HR initiatives
- Partner with HR leaders to define project scope, facilitate brainstorming sessions, create project plans and co-author proposals
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to evaluate business requirements and convert complex problems into structured, executable plans
- Act as an objective, third-party advisor to cross-functional teams, comfortably challenging assumptions and providing well-vetted solutions to senior leadership
- Build executive-level presentations and report project updates, operational risks, and final recommendations to senior leadership
- Work alongside HR Change Management teams to ensure smooth operational adoption of new processes
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Experience leading initiatives or working in an advisory/consulting capacity
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to look beyond the surface of a request to find the actual business need
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to drive results through influence and navigate pushback without direct authority
- Comfortable using data and tools like Smartsheet to flag risks and guide executive decision-making
