- The ability to drive People programs across promotions, performance, merit, and surveys.
- A strong follow-through across cross-functional partners including HR, Compensation, Analytics, Payroll, and business leaders.
- Help planning and executing engagement or pulse survey cycles, including timelines, communications, and follow-up actions.
- A builder of project plans, trackers, timelines, milestones, and action logs.

Qualifications
5+ years in project management, program management, or People Operations.
Skills
Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to manage cross-functional teams, and experience with People Programs.
Requirements
