About the role

The HR Partner role focuses on employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR operational excellence. You will support PXT operations through consistent standard work execution, relationship-building, and timely issue resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Support a positive employee experience by executing key programs, reinforcing workplace standards, and partnering with PXT and Operations to create a culture where employees feel valued, heard, and supported.
  • Execute standard work with consistent quality and timeliness, meeting established service level agreements (SLAs) and maintaining accurate documentation of HR processes and employee interactions.
  • Provide frontline employee support by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring appropriate resolution or escalation of employee matters.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Aid in running and monitoring feedback channels such as roundtables, floor walks, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support issue tracking and follow-up, partnering with senior PXT team members to drive resolutions and improvements in employee experience.
  • Coach frontline leaders on behaviors that impact engagement and retention.
  • Reinforce expectations and guide leaders in selecting and effectively utilizing available tools to improve team communication, recognition, and performance conversations.
  • Support the execution of site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Care for logistics, gather feedback, and monitor effectiveness.
  • Learn to track and summarize PXT-related data (e.g., attrition/attendance trends, hiring data, employee sentiment).
  • Help prepare insights for site reviews or team discussions.
  • Promote the use of self-service tools to resolve routine employee and manager questions.
  • Help identify recurring gaps and escalate opportunities to improve tool usability or adoption.

Requirements

You will work onsite at an Amazon facility. Basic qualifications include experience handling confidential information, a bachelor's degree, and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred qualifications include a degree in HR, management, business, labor relations, psychology, or a related field, experience in customer service or people-facing roles, demonstrated ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions, intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, proficiency in using AI-powered tools, HR analytics platforms, and emerging technologies to derive insights and drive process improvements, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: Experience handling confidential information, Bachelor's degree, Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., creating documents in Word, using basic spreadsheet functions in Excel, managing calendars/emails in Outlook). Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences (e.g., explaining processes, addressing concerns, providing technical guidance)

Skills

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., ability to use pivot tables, v-lookups, and formulas), Proficiency in using AI-powered tools, HR analytics platforms, and emerging technologies to derive insights and drive process improvements, Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results in fast-paced, dynamic environments, Ability to exercise sound judgement and navigate ambiguous situations with limited direction, Basic understanding of HR processes and policies, Demonstrated problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
