HR Partner (Generalist)

If you’re an HR professional who builds trust quickly, stays organized in a fast-moving environment, and enjoys supporting field-based teams, we’d like to meet you. What You’ll Do As our HR Partner, you’ll provide day-to-day HR support across five branches and help ensure our people processes run smoothly and consistently. Partner with branch leadership on recruiting, critical staffing needs, and workforce planningSupport employee relations and help leaders navigate day-to-day people mattersProcess and support payroll activitiesCoordinate with Benefits Administration (BA) to support new-hire onboardingAssist with annual open enrollment and employee benefit communicationsCoordinate employee surveys and support follow-up initiativesExecute company-wide and local HR programsMaintain accurate employee information in ADPPrepare HR reports and maintain employee dataProvide local administrative support across the Houston branchesHelp ensure compliance with applicable employment requirements and company policiesTravel to local branches as needed to build relationships and provide hands-on HR support What We’re Looking For You’ll be a strong fit if you bring a practical, service-oriented approach to HR and feel comfortable balancing the needs of employees, managers, and the business. Qualifications include: HR Generalist, HR Partner, or comparable hands-on HR experienceExperience with recruiting, employee relations, payroll, onboarding, and HR administrationExperience supporting multiple locations, branches, or field-based teams preferredSpanish-speaking requiredStrong attention to detail and comfort with employee data and reportingAbility to build trusted relationships with employees and leaders at all levelsAbility to work in-office and travel locally to branches as neededExperience with ADP preferredH-2B program experience preferred Ready to grow with us?
