About the role
The Role As an HR Operations Specialist (Interim Contract), you will be a key member of the Platform Team, supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring the smooth, efficient delivery of HR services across the United States. This is a temporary contract position for an initial duration of 3 months (with potential for extension) to serve as an extension of our local HR Operations team.
Responsibilities
- Manage data updates across key platforms including Workday, ADP Workforce Now, Deel, and iSolved to support accurate employee data management.
- Handle high-volume documentation preparation for movers, leavers, and various parts of the onboarding and offboarding lifecycles.
- Process day-to-day assignment management tasks, moving quickly to execute actions once offers are finalized and signed.
- Monitor and manage incoming ad hoc employee queries and requests through Slack.
- Maintain data integrity and absolute confidentiality while handling sensitive employee lifecycle changes and salary adjustments.
- Support local HR operations processes and administrative workflows in close alignment with US team members.

- You have demonstrated experience utilizing HRIS or payroll systems, with prior exposure to platforms like ADP Workforce Now, Workday, Deel, or iSolved considered a distinct advantage.
- You have proven track record of managing detailed documentation with high accuracy and maintaining absolute confidentiality.
- You are a fast learner who is comfortable navigating high-volume tasks and tracking team requests in communication tools like Slack.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively support multi-national stakeholder coordination.
