About The Role

We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist who combines strong technical skills with high judgment, professionalism, and a solutions mindset. This role will manage and optimize our HR systems and processes, ensuring accurate and reliable data while driving continuous improvement across HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HRIS, including new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
  • Generate standard and ad hoc HR reports to support compliance, compensation, headcount, and workforce analytics.
  • Support annual compensation cycles (annual increases, bonus, salary benchmarking) by preparing data and ensuring accuracy.
  • Partner with payroll, finance, and IT to ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements and technology-enabled solutions across HR operations (e.g., headcount planning, compensation planning, IT integrations, finance workflows).
  • Audit HR processes and maintain compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.

Your Role

  • HR Data & Systems:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HRIS, including new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
    • Generate standard and ad hoc HR reports to support compliance, compensation, headcount, and workforce analytics.
    • Support annual compensation cycles (annual increases, bonus, salary benchmarking) by preparing data and ensuring accuracy.
    • Partner with payroll, finance, and IT to ensure data integrity across systems.
    • Continuously evaluate and optimize HRIS functionality to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
    • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements and technology-enabled solutions across HR operations (e.g., headcount planning, compensation planning, IT integrations, finance workflows).
    • Audit HR processes and maintain compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Recruiting Coordination:
    • Coordinate interview scheduling across candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
    • Manage job postings and internal communications.
    • Support candidate communication, including interview logistics, status updates, and offer coordination.
    • Care for background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment activities.
    • Maintain and report on recruiting metrics and dashboards.
  • Time Keeping and Payroll:
    • Monitor and verify employee time records to ensure accuracy and completeness, supporting timely payroll processing in collaboration with HR Manager/Director.
    • Aid in payroll processing and maintaining accurate payroll records.
    • Uphold compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws by maintaining, organized and confidential payroll and personnel records.
  • General HR Support:
    • Provide front-line support for employee and manager inquiries related to HRIS, recruiting processes, and basic policies.
    • Aid in onboarding processes and compliance documentation.
    • Manage employment verification requests with attention to detail and confidentiality, ensuring timely and compliant responses to internal and external inquiries.
    • Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and initiatives.

Qualifications (Required)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of HR or recruiting coordination, HRIS administration, or related experience.
  • Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (Rippling).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data management skills; comfortable with reporting and analytics.
  • Strong technical aptitude with HR systems and data management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to partner effectively across teams.

Qualifications (Bonus To Have)

  • Experience with relevant compensation platforms (Aon/Radford).
  • Experience supporting compensation or payroll processes.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance requirements and employment law.
  • Project management or process improvement experience.

Position Details

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000-$115,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and EUV Tech's location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the respective role. Within the range, individual pay is determined by the following factors: job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
