About the Role
INNIO is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our growing HR team. This role is ideal for an early-career HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is eager to learn the operational side of Human Resources. Working closely with experienced HR professionals, you'll play a key role in supporting employee lifecycle processes, maintaining HR data integrity, and delivering exceptional service to employees and managers across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Process employee lifecycle transactions including hires, onboarding, transfers, promotions, leaves of absence, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
- Prepare, review, and process HR documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support onboarding and employee administration activities to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Respond to routine HR inquiries from employees and managers while escalating complex matters as needed.
- Generate recurring HR reports, perform data audits, and support compliance-related activities.
- Assist with HR projects, process improvements, system implementations, and operational initiatives.
- Support payroll, benefits, and other HR operations activities as assigned.
- Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance service delivery.

What You'll Have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in HR operations, HR administration, shared services, or a related customer-focused role.
- Working knowledge of HR systems and HR processes.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
