About the role
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to provide administrative and programmatic support to the Volunteer Programs & Internships (VPI) team.
Responsibilities
- Provide programmatic and project support to the Volunteer Programs & Internships team.
- Oversee data management related to our Salesforce based engagement records. This includes resolving bugs, modifying objects and fields, running reports, cleaning data, and entering data.
- Manage general inquiries from applicants and staff via phone and email, providing excellent customer service in response.
- Design and deliver community wide announcements and email communications.
- Facilitate staff ID creation and distribution.
- Support uniform and benefit distribution.
- Maintain and manage paper and electronic document filing systems to ensure compliance and accessibility.
- Respond to and triage inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum Training and Experience: 1-3 years of experience supporting operations in a business office.
- Experience with data entry, and processing. HRIS, Volunteer Management Software experience helpful.
Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in Salesforce Administration preferred.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of and a commitment to inclusion concepts and initiatives in the workplace.
