Responsibilities
- Support key HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding coordination and internal transfers
- Ensure timely, clear, and accurate communication with employees
- Own and optimize HR operational workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
- Execute system transactions and maintain employee data (Workday experience is a plus)
- Partner with Legal to ensure compliance with federal and local employment laws
- Act as the primary HR Operations contact for your site or region
- Support HR audits, documentation, and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Payroll, and Benefits to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or a similar role
- Experience with HRIS systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements
- Experience with Workday and Avature preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; being tech-savvy is a plus
Location
Candidates must be based in the Raleigh, NC area and able to work onsite three days per week.
