HR - Office Support

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, assisting with the quarterly newsletter, etc.
  • Aid in new employee onboarding and offboarding processes (paperwork, orientation materials, system access coordination)
  • Receive and distribute office mail.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files (electronic and paper).
  • Support recruitment activities such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Aid in benefits administration tasks, including enrollment support and employee inquiries.
  • Track and maintain HR data such as employee changes and training records.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and HR-related documentation as needed.
  • Maintain and develop positive working relationships with employees, vendors, and HR Team.
  • Respond to routine employee questions and direct more complex inquiries to appropriate HR team.
  • Aid in compliance-related activities, audits, and reporting requirements.
  • Support HR initiatives, trainings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • One to three years of administrative or HR support experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic HR practices and employment laws is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
