Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, assisting with the quarterly newsletter, etc.
- Aid in new employee onboarding and offboarding processes (paperwork, orientation materials, system access coordination)
- Receive and distribute office mail.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files (electronic and paper).
- Support recruitment activities such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Aid in benefits administration tasks, including enrollment support and employee inquiries.
- Track and maintain HR data such as employee changes and training records.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and HR-related documentation as needed.
- Maintain and develop positive working relationships with employees, vendors, and HR Team.
- Respond to routine employee questions and direct more complex inquiries to appropriate HR team.
- Aid in compliance-related activities, audits, and reporting requirements.
- Support HR initiatives, trainings, and employee engagement activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Our Ideal Candidate
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- One to three years of administrative or HR support experience preferred.
- Knowledge of basic HR practices and employment laws is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
