HR Support

Location: New Troy, MI (100% Onsite) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (No Overtime) Pay: $45,760-$54,080 annually About The Opportunity Our client is seeking an HR Support Specialist to assist a growing manufacturing organization that plans to triple in size over the next three years. This role offers exposure to recruiting, payroll, employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, and HRIS support. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment, helping employees, and keeping HR processes organized and on track. Key Responsibilities Serve as a resource for employees by answering HR-related questions and assisting daily foot traffic.Conduct HR audits and help maintain accurate employee records.Assist with recruiting efforts, including reviewing applications, conducting phone screens, and scheduling interviews Support onboarding and new hire documentation.Enter and maintain employee information within ADP.Review payroll documentation, enter employee hours, and assist with payroll administration.Assist with open enrollment and benefits-related initiatives. Qualifications Required: Experience in an HR Assistant, HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, or administrative support role.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Comfortable working in a busy environment with frequent employee interaction. Preferred ADP experience.2-3 years of office, administrative, or HR experience.Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, payroll, or employee records.Manufacturing experience is a plus. #INOCT2026 Click here to apply online
