About the role

The HR Manager at Earthlight Technologies is responsible for ensuring compliance, structuring processes, and making independent decisions. They must have a strong analytical and problem-solving approach, adaptability, and a deep understanding of compliance and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assess and balance compliance, employee needs, and leadership requests with a calm, analytical approach.
• Review compliance details, improve onboarding processes, and resolve sensitive employee matters with precision, discretion, and a calculated mindset.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Accounting teams, aligning with company vision and goals.
• Think critically, ensure accuracy, and keep everything compliant and organized.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance; Master’s Degree a plus or in lieu of experience.
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting program.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, or bookkeeping within a Construction environment or Small Midsized Business, a plus.

Pay

$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually.
