About the Role
We're partnering with a growing aerospace R&D organization in Loveland, CO that is expanding and investing in its people function ( ~ 30 employees). This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact, standalone HR role reporting directly to executive leadership. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, wearing multiple hats, and influencing company growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead all HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, performance management, and policy development
- Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
- Oversee benefits administration and employee support
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Partner with leadership on organizational planning and engagement
- Build and improve HR processes, policies, and best practices
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership
What We're Looking For
5+ years of progressive HR experience
Strong knowledge of HR compliance and best practices
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities
Hands-on, adaptable, and proactive mindset
Work Environment
Initially onsite in Loveland, CO
