About the role
Serve as the primary liaison between leadership, employees, shared services, and HR departments to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, talent management, and succession planning.
- Develop and execute HR strategies encompassing staffing, onboarding, talent development, and employee retention.
- Spearhead employee relations practices to cultivate a positive work environment and high employee morale.
- Conduct thorough investigations, document findings, and recommend appropriate actions adhering to strict confidentiality.
- Ensure proactive communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 4-6 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and strong computer skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to understand and adapt to company culture.
- PHR/SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
Pay
Competitive annual salary of $110,000 - $160,000 per year.
