About the role

Search Solution Group is seeking an HR Manager on behalf of our client. The HR Manager will oversee and support key human resources functions while helping build scalable people processes that align with the organization's growth and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Rippling HRIS and a strong understanding of HR operations within a private equity-backed, B2B SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day human resources operations across the organization.
  • Administer and maintain employee information, records, and HR processes within Rippling HRIS.
  • Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures, and processes to support organizational growth.
  • Partner with leadership and managers on employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of employee documentation and HR transactions.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Support benefits administration and employee communications.
  • Partner with leadership on organizational development, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Analyze HR data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and organizational effectiveness.
  • Support HR initiatives and reporting associated with a private equity-backed business environment.
  • Help develop scalable HR practices that support the organization's continued growth.
  • Perform other HR-related duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Human Resources management or generalist experience in a professional business environment.
    • Hands-on experience with Rippling HRIS is required.
    • Experience working within a private equity-backed organization is required.
    • Experience within a B2B SaaS organization is required.
    • Experience supporting organizations through growth, change, or process development is highly preferred.
  • Certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is preferred but not required.

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Understanding of applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge of HRIS administration and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Understanding of HR needs within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with private equity-backed business operations and organizational growth.
