Target Compensation: $95,000 - $110,000 Key Responsibilities For The HR Manager Lead employee relations and performance management initiatives across the organization.Oversee compliance, including EEOC matters, FMLA administration, workers' compensation, handbook updates, and employment law requirements.Provide oversight for talent acquisition while supporting workforce planning and organizational growth.Partner with leadership on succession planning, leadership development, and culture-focused programs. Qualifications For The HR Manager 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a larger organization and prior HR leadership or management responsibilities.PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar HR certification.Bachelor's degree requiredStrong background in employee relations, compliance, and performance management. #HRManager #HumanResources #HRLeadership
