HR Manager
About the role
We're partnering with a manufacturing organization seeking a hands-on HR Manager to lead the HR function for a multi-site operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, building processes, and serving as a true business partner in a fast-paced environment. Spanish bilingual skills are strongly preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multi-state payroll and benefits administration.
- Manage employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and talent management.
- Partner with leadership on compensation programs and incentive planning.
- Administer workers' compensation, leave management, and benefits audits.
- Help improve HR processes and implement best practices.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to an HR Generalist.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
- Well-rounded HR background with experience across payroll, benefits, employee relations, recruiting, and compliance.
- Multistate payroll experience required - ADP is a nice to have.
- Experience building or improving HR processes in a growing organization.
- Comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR responsibilities.

Schedule
Standard 8-5pm Monday-Friday business hours. Typical work week averages around 40-45 hours, with occasional flexibility for employee engagement activities.
Pay
The salary range for this role is USD100,000 - USD120,000 per year. Compensation depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
