About the role
The role of Manager HRBP involves partnering with the Hopkinsville Leadership team to support approximately 150 hourly manufacturing employees. Key responsibilities include organizational development, talent management, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and special projects.
Responsibilities
- Support organizational development and talent management
- Manage employee relations and performance management
- Develop and implement training and development programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align with the team's people strategy and business strategy
- Execute corporate initiatives, programs, and projects
- Act as a change agent and partner to the business
- Lead process and HR data improvement initiatives
- Drive organizational design improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources
- Advanced degree in Human Resource Management and SHRM certification preferred
- 5+ years of Human Resource experience with a strong focus on business partnering, coaching, progressive org development, employee relations, and operational HR excellence
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing/distribution center required
- Flexibility, agility, and resilience to thrive on change and competing priorities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills
- Experience with Workday preferred
Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of progressive HR generalist responsibility working with multiple functions
- Bachelor’s Degree Required; Master in HR or MBA preferred
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data to a leadership audience
- Consultative approach, strategic mindset, customer-focused, adaptable, strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Experience fostering collaborative working relationships with business partners
- Experience planning, managing, and tracking projects, and communicating with stakeholders
- Resourcefulness to navigate the unknown, find solutions, and execute beyond barriers
- Professional demeanor and strong business acumen
- Experience working with Workday and ADP or similar HR systems
- Ability to operate in ambiguous situations with little or no direction
- Self-motivated individual with the desire to succeed and motivate others
- Healthy sense of humor

Pay
$77,600.00 - $124,900.00
