About the role
Serve as an integral member of the plant leadership team. Manage the administration and implementation of Human Resources programs and initiatives. Proactively identify talent-related performance issues, including employee retention and engagement, and partner with local management to implement effective solutions. Analyze and leverage HR data to identify potential concerns and support recommended actions. Ensure legal compliance, fairness, and consistency in employment practices, benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, and compensation.
Responsibilities
- Manage the administration and implementation of Human Resources programs and initiatives.
- Proactively identify talent-related performance issues, including employee retention and engagement, and partner with local management to implement effective solutions.
- Analyze and leverage HR data to identify potential concerns and support recommended actions.
- Ensure legal compliance, fairness, and consistency in employment practices, benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, and compensation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment, employment practices, and labor law compliance.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and apply HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

Pay
$100,000 - $120,000 base salary.
