HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
• Administer benefits, leave programs, and HR policies
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment regulations
• Support payroll administration and HRIS management
• Lead workplace safety and employee engagement initiatives
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and HR strategy
• Oversee daily office administration and support cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of employment laws, benefits administration, and payroll processes
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
