Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
- Administer benefits, leave programs, and HR policies
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment regulations
- Support payroll administration and HRIS management
- Lead workplace safety and employee engagement initiatives
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and HR strategy
- Oversee daily office administration and support cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of employment laws, benefits administration, and payroll processes
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
