HR Manager
Responsibilities
- Formulate and manage programs related to selection, training, promotion, and other employer/employee relationships.
- Interview job applicants; develop personnel record forms; adjust disputes and grievances and recommend necessary disciplinary actions.
- Analyze, classify, and evaluate jobs.
- Administer employee welfare and recreation services.
- Serve as an adviser to executive staff in personnel implications of policies, programs, and proposed organization changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience required. Master’s Degree preferred.
- At least 2 Years of Healthcare Experience required.
- Familiar with the hospital organization; functions of various departments; pay practices and techniques, review techniques; training methods.
- Familiar with the labor market for recruitment and understanding of accreditation standards.
- Knowledge of state and federal wage and hour laws required.
Pay
Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package are provided. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $97k to $136k on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
