Main Responsibilities
- Builds culture, attracts and develops top talent while driving excellence.
- Fosters performance management, org design/development and succession planning.
- Leverages data to create effective plans that impact results and evaluate decisions.
- Ensures an HR manager's job is about creating a fantastic associate experience.
- Works with other HR leaders nationwide to drive results.
- Identifies strong talent and helps associates connect their goals to the company's goals.
- Self-aware learner, seeks feedback for personal growth and development.
- Cultivates a culture that drives a fantastic associate experience.
- Executes COE's strategies on Talent, Learning and Development, Diversity and Inclusion, and Total Rewards.
- Drives organizational change through assessments, guidance on change management, and organization design.
- Succeeds in succession, career, and development planning processes.
- Champions the Talent Management process by aligning strategic business objectives with talent strategy and ensuring follow-through on the talent management lifecycle.
- Coaches business unit leaders on all people-related matters.
- Maintains knowledge and ensures compliance with laws and regulations, leveraging best practices in employment law, human resources, and talent management.
- Conducts internal investigations and collaborates with Asset Protection/Legal regarding compliance charges and litigation.
- Ensures effective delivery of learning curriculum and partners with L&D on strategy for development needs.
- Ensures effective execution of all corporate policies and practices for your team, including compensation and benefits plans.
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis in human resources, labor employment law, training, business, or other related fields; Master's or an MBA degree preferred.
- 3-5 years HR related experience where consulting, culture, performance management, training, general understanding of employment law, investigations, compensation and benefits, change management, and general human resources skills have been gained.
- Experience driving talent and culture, backed by metrics and data.
