HR Manager

The HR Manager position is based in the United States and is managed by a partner company. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead day-to-day HR operations
• Manage and coach HR operations team
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes
• Identify and improve HR processes
• Coordinate employee engagement and culture initiatives
• Administer performance management programs
• Provide guidance to managers on employee relations
• Partner with recruiting teams

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience
• Experience managing HR operations, programs, and team members
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and best practices
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Experience supporting remote or distributed workforces
• Legal authorization to work in the US

Benefits include:
