The HR Manager position is based in the United States and is managed by a partner company. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead day-to-day HR operations
- Manage and coach HR operations team
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes
- Identify and improve HR processes
- Coordinate employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Administer performance management programs
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations
- Partner with recruiting teams
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience
- Experience managing HR operations, programs, and team members
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and best practices
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Experience supporting remote or distributed workforces
- Legal authorization to work in the US
