HR Manager

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an HR Manager to provide strategic counsel and advisory services to leaders on business- and people-related issues, ensuring a high-quality workplace for associates.

About the role

We’re looking for top-notch HR Managers to provide outstanding customer service to our business leaders at distribution centers and regional offices across the country. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, tackle challenges, and build superior customer relationships. You’ll partner with leaders to proactively identify and solve issues, lead a team providing full life-cycle HR support, and embed the people element of the business strategy. This role involves monitoring employee engagement, coaching associates at all levels, managing organizational change, and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team providing strategic and tactical HR support across the full employee life cycle.
• Work closely with business leaders to evolve and embed the people element of the business strategy.
• Monitor the pulse of employees to ensure high engagement and address concerns.
• Provide formal and informal coaching to associates at all levels in a collaborative, consultative manner.
• Manage the people impacts of organizational change projects aligned to business goals.
• Deliver HR metrics, analytics, and insights to drive decision-making.
• Partner with senior management to resolve conflicts, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
• Facilitate training sessions and support onboarding initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of work experience, with 5+ years in HR across major functional areas.
• Competence in building and managing interpersonal relationships at all organizational levels.
• Experience partnering with senior management.

Preferred Qualifications

• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification.
• Knowledge of HR metrics, systems, and databases.
• Experience with labor law, conflict resolution, investigations, and data analytics.
• Experience leading organizational change and facilitating training.
• Experience with onboarding processes.

Pay

National salary range: $85,000 – $150,000.
