Our client is looking for an HR Manager to implement processes and procedures that support the full employee life cycle. Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR functions across the organization
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including onboarding and offboarding
- Administer all benefits and open enrollment
- Facilitate performance reviews and employee engagement activities
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR generalist experience
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Resourceful, independent, and passionate about customer service
- Strict attention to detail
