HR/IT Generalist

Responsibilities

• Provide recruiting support, including college recruiting, and maintain accurate employee personnel records.
• Consult on performance management and organizational/personnel issues.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs and address employee and labor relations issues, including AAP and EEO matters.
• Assess training needs, design, and present training programs.
• Conduct grievance and arbitration investigations and assist in labor contract administration and negotiations.
• Interact with department heads, supervisors, and employees on HR-related issues, including personnel policies and procedures.
• Develop and administer enterprise-wide HR policies and maintain employee communication programs.
• Work independently or as a project team member on complex projects in the IT environment.
• Coach junior HR staff as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of related experience in HR and IT.
• Intermediate professional level experience, with the ability to work independently on complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of the IT industry and business functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
• Experience in developing HR policies and conducting training programs.
