Job description:Enfinity Global is looking for a HR Intern that will be part of the Americas HR department reporting in Miami, Florida. Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, including new hires, terminations, and employee changesSupport Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and communication with employees and vendorsPayroll Support: Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate data submission and compliance with deadlinesPolicy Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, employment laws, and regulationsOnboarding and Offboarding: Help coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and ensure smooth transitions during employee exitsHR Reporting: Generate and analyze HR reports related to headcount, turnover, and other key metricsProcess Improvement: Assist in streamlining and optimizing HR administrative processes to enhance efficiencyEmployee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other administrative matters Requirements QualificationsYou have or are doing a bachelor's/master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)You have 0-2 years of internship experience and/or relevant coursework in HR, Business Administration, or a related fieldYou show proficiency with HRIS platforms and strong Excel skillsYou have exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skillsYou have the ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretionYou show strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and stakeholdersYou have a proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement In Enfinity Global group you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.
