HR Intern

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic HR Intern (Master's student and/or PhD track) in our Atlanta office to support key business initiatives. The intern will report directly to the VP of Talent and Development and should be eager to learn and make an impact.
Responsibilities
The internship is designed to provide opportunities to work directly with the HR team on the following potential projects:
- Performance Management
- Human Resource Analytics
- Assistance with HRIS Implementation
- Engagement Survey Rollout/Action Planning
As an intern, you will have exposure to real projects and will play a crucial role in the decision-making process. The experience will include:
- Mentoring
- Group intern learning experiences and events
- Business/Senior Leadership exposure
- Valuable project management experience

Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.
Requirements
- Enrolled in an Industrial Organizational Psychology Master’s Degree or PhD program
- GPA minimum of 3.0 is required
- Must be available to work full-time for a minimum of 10 weeks, though 12 weeks is preferred (May-August)
