Key Responsibilities
- Aid in practice-level recruiting efforts, including drafting and posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting screenings
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Support the Payroll and Benefits team with reports and ad hoc projects
- Assist with employee onboarding, including timely I-9 filings and tracking onboarding employees across various locations
- Support administrative tasks within the HRIS Paylocity system, run reports, and learn to review/analyze confidential data
- Monitor shared Outlook inbox folders to assign requests to the correct HR representative
- Contribute to team meetings and offer ideas and suggestions for improving HR and company processes
- Maintain confidentiality of personal and sensitive information
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Strong administrative and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
