- Assess the evolving needs of the U.S. organization and recommend appropriate ways of working based on business priorities, collaboration needs, and talent market dynamics.
- Identify organisational challenges and propose practical solutions to improve communication, collaboration, and operating effectiveness.
- Partner with business leaders and the global People team to continuously evolve people practices as the U.S. organization scales.

- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive execution across distributed teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Experience supporting multi-state U.S. employees is highly preferred.
- Experience working in global or international organizations is a strong plus.
