Talent Acquisition

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of roles across sales, marketing, engineering, service, operations, and manufacturing
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Proactively source and build pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
  • Manage all aspects of the hiring process, including intake meetings, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
  • Continuously improve or build recruiting processes, programs, or systems
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency
  • Strengthen employer branding efforts and ensure consistent messaging in the market
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and hiring practices

HR Generalist Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Support employee relations matters, including coaching managers, addressing concerns, and facilitating resolutions
  • Aid in benefits administration, employee education, and vendor coordination
  • Support payroll processes, including data validation, audits, and coordination with payroll providers
  • Contribute to onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience
  • Partner on performance management processes, including goal setting and feedback cycles
  • Support learning & development initiatives, including coordinating training programs and identifying development needs
  • Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, retention, and operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) a plus
  • 5–10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in both talent acquisition and HR generalist functions
  • Experience improving or building recruiting processes, programs, or systems
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Solid working knowledge of HR disciplines including employee relations, benefits, payroll, and compliance
  • Experience partnering with leaders and influencing decisions in both hiring and HR matters
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ATS systems (e.g., UKG Ready, Paycor, Paycom, etc.)

  • Effective communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills
