Job Summary

The HR Business Partner performs diversified human resource functions with a greater emphasis on job duties that require strong analytical and problem solving skills, excellent judgment and confidentiality. This position is responsible for the employment process by ensuring that every new employee has an accurate and complete personnel file containing all regulatory and facility required documentation. The HR Business Partner completes the day-to-day functions by completing employment offers for each new hire and other activities related to compensation, recruiting, reporting and other areas of Human Resources. This position takes complete responsibility for all facets of Human Resources by ensuring that all customer needs are met. The HR Business Partner facilitates positive working relationships, mentors others and focuses on client needs. The HR Business Partner fosters open and frank discussion of issues with others; understands and focuses on the needs of people and the organization; accommodates and adapts to different circumstances and audiences, and; takes initiative and solves problems.

Qualifications

• EDUCATION: Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Related Field
• PREFERRED: Master’s Degree
• EXPERIENCE: Minimum: Three (3) years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
• PREFERRED: Five (5) years or more of Human Resources experience, including 3 years of generalist experience and minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience.

Other Qualifications

• Ability to effectively interface with all levels of employees.
• Proficient computer skills MS WORD, MS Excel and HRIS/HRMS system.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and organizational skills.
