HR Generalist / Recruiter
About the role
The Aerospace HR Generalist / Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting and day-to-day human resources support in a fast-paced aerospace environment. This role partners with hiring managers to attract top talent, support employee relations, ensure compliance, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering, manufacturing, technical, and corporate positions.
- Sources, screens, interviews, and coordinates hiring activities.
- Leads onboarding and new hire orientation processes.
- Supports employee relations, performance management, and HR policy administration.
- Maintains employee records and ensures compliance with employment laws and aerospace industry regulations.
- Affords assistance with benefits administration, training initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
- Tracks recruiting metrics and supports HR reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of HR and/or recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting technical or engineering talent preferred.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of HR and/or recruiting experience.
