Responsibilities
- Manages day-to-day operations and provides complex Human Resources support to all levels in the organization.
- Ensures comprehensive administration of human resources policies and procedures.
- Performs high-level professional duties in core HR areas, including affirmative action, acquisition projects, and legal compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a closely related field.
- PHR, SPHR, or relevant human resources certifications, or an advanced degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of recent healthcare experience in a Human Resources Department.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under multiple deadlines and changing priorities while producing high-volume, detail-oriented work.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
