HR Generalist - Organizational Development and Learning
About the role
Typically as an Individual Contributor:
- Supports OD&L Manager or VP for LoB / CoB - Assigned to a particular line of business of medium to high complexity (e.g. less stable portfolio, multiple geographies across different regions)
- Supports OD&L VP in pan-Business OD&L activities, supporting OD&L processes and leading significant projects.
- Has large autonomy in adjusting objectives, policies and plans independently
- Total population typically 2,500+
- Reports to OD&L Manager or VP. Engages with Business Leaders.
Typically as a Manager:
- Supports Learning HR VP for LoB / CoB - Assigned to a particular line of business of medium to high complexity (e.g. less stable portfolio, multiple geographies across different regions).
- Led significant projects.
- Total population typically 2,500+
- Team comprised of individual contributors.
- Strong understanding of organizational development principles and practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing learning programs.
- Ability to conduct assessments and provide feedback.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements
US Citizen or Permanent US Resident only.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in HR, OD, or related fields.
Experience in managing complex organizational development initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
