About the Role
Bosch Service Solutions is a leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing, optimizing services in Customer Experience, Mobility, Monitoring, and Business/Shared Services. Around 9,000 associates provide and optimize customers’ business processes in approximately 40 languages.
The HR Generalist will assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR practices and programs in support of business objectives. Primary areas of responsibility include support in talent acquisition, HR analytics, onboarding, communication plans, and cultural preservation.
Responsibilities
- Implement end-to-end recruitment process, including:
- Profile alignment and consulting with hiring managers
- Job posting and advertising
- Managing applicant tracking system
- Liaising with 3rd party recruiters or leasing agencies
- Attending job fairs, if available
- Resume and phone screening interviews
- Coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers
- Arranging candidate travel (if needed)
- Assisting in the preparation of employment offers
- Collecting pre-employment documentation and requirements
- Conducting welcome and onboarding/orientation meetings
- Oversee the onboarding process, including:
- Initiation of background checks and drug screens
- Preparing new hire bundles
- Preparing orientation schedules
- Coordinating with key players in other departments
- Deliver new hire HR orientation.
- Oversee the termination process, including notifying relevant internal parties and ensuring all items are completed.
- Organize training sessions as needed.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Benefits Annual Enrollment, which may include conducting annual presentations.
- Process additional payments (e.g., sales commissions, bonuses).
- Prepare and collate reports.
- Support the HRBP in the analysis of HR KPIs (e.g., hiring, sickness, attrition, diversity) by generating accurate, high-quality reports.
- Support associate engagement activities and local site events.
- Perform any other HR-related activities as required at the site.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, and HR analytics.
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience with both direct and indirect employees.
- At least three years of US HR experience in a relevant role.
Skills
- Knowledge of human resources management practices and US labor/employment law.
- Ability to effectively resolve issues using judgment consistent with standards, policies, and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with financial and business acumen.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-starter who is flexible to changing business demands; works well under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Forms (Survey).
- Knowledge of SAP business system (preferred).
- Prior experience in a global environment (preferred).
- Prior experience in contact centers (preferred).
