About the role

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will also contribute to the ongoing development of L&S HR services to ensure we are effectively meeting the needs of employees and units. This will include both individual and group process improvement work, including research, analysis, and implementation in a high-volume and fast-paced work environment. We are looking for candidates who will bring a positive, collaborative, proactive problem-solving approach to working with faculty, staff, students and colleagues; exercise sound judgment and discretion in applying and interpreting policies and procedures; maintain a commitment to confidentiality; and embrace change and have a resilient mindset. If you are ready to make a meaningful impact and grow with us, we encourage you to apply.
