About the role
The HR Generalist at Forte Opening Solutions supports day-to-day operations related to human resources, including employee relations, recruiting & on-boarding, benefit & leave administration, and payroll.
Responsibilities
- Builds sustainable relationships with employees and leaders within the organization.
- Leads talent strategies such as Talent Management, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement to drive organizational effectiveness and performance.
- Counsels and coaches employees and management on employee relation matters and company policies, programs, and benefits.
- Administers and executes human resource programs including compensation, benefits, leave administration, disciplinary matters, disputes, and investigations.
- Develops and maintains strong business partner relationships to coach and influence business decisions.
- Identifies training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes, and consultation with business managers and human resources departments.
- Recruits Customer Service Representative positions by creating job advertisements, sourcing candidates, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding.
- Maintains high visibility to promote HR programs and assist management with effective team communication.
- Improves HR processes and coordinates/maintains training on various topics such as DEI, benefit enrollment, and compensation processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration required.
- 2-5 years HR experience.
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with experience creating reports from an HRIS preferred.
- PHR / SPHR certification preferred.
