HR Generalist II
About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the daily operations of the HR department and ensuring the efficient management of HR functions. You will work closely with employees and management to address HR-related matters, promote a positive workplace culture, and help drive organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Counsel supervisors and managers on HR policies and procedures, performance concerns or office relationships, support the annual performance review process, and guide leaders in creating a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee files. Utilize HRIS software to manage employee data, track time and attendance, and generate HR-related reports.
- Support the full recruitment cycle, build relationships with hiring managers, and assist departments in developing advertisement strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Human Resources or a comparable field, preferably as an HR Generalist.
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong communication skills and experience with difficult conversations.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong, proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS/Data Management and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications
