HR Generalist Employee Relations

Toyo Tires is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist who is first and foremost a strong HR Generalist with deep Employee Relations expertise. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who understands the full scope of Human Resources and can effectively support employees, leaders, and business objectives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We are not looking for an Employee Relations specialist with a narrow focus. We are seeking a well-rounded HR professional who can navigate complex employee situations while contributing across multiple HR disciplines, supporting workforce planning initiatives, helping build organizational capability, and serving as a trusted business partner. This position offers an opportunity to play a critical role in employee relations, leadership coaching, organizational effectiveness, employee development, and culture-building efforts while supporting a dynamic 24-hour manufacturing operation.
